A team built on the belief that everyone deserves a full life.

Ambition For Change was founded to change what ‘care’ looks like for adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We’re small, local, and deeply accountable to the families we serve.

To deliver high-quality, person-centered services that foster independence, dignity, and community integration.

Every plan we write, every home we staff, and every outing we
organize is built around one individual’s goals; never a
standardized program forced on a unique person.

A New Hampshire where every person with a disability lives a life of their own choosing; connected, contributing, and celebrated.

We measure success not by hours billed, but by the lives that
grow because of the support we provide.

A small team in Hooksett with a bigger idea of what care should mean.

Ambition For Change was founded in Hooksett, New Hampshire; a small community where neighbors still know each other by name. That’s the spirit we’ve built our organization around.

Our founder saw families waiting months for services, adults trapped in one-size-fits-all programs, and a system more focused on paperwork than people. AFC was started to do it differently: genuinely person- centered, transparent with families, and relentlessly focused on quality of life.
